I am a artist from New Orleans, Louisiana

is my main field of study and the field that I have done the most growing in. 2 years ago I had never used Adobe Creative Studio.

Typography:
I was tasked with creating a two page magazine spread with the theme of our choice. I took inspiration from the city I grew up in, honoring the artistry that is poured into the Holiday's costumes every year.
Collector Stamps:
Tasked with creating our own line of collector stamps from a chosen object, I chose cowboy boots. I paid homage to vintage wild west comic books where the covers told a story but still focused on the boot as the character in the comic covers .

"Oracle" was a project that I came up with with the aim of creating poster advertisements for a company that is trying to replace food with medicine to increase efficiency in society. The aim was to create a dystopian sort of feel - very clean, modern and a little bit eery at the same time. Using phrases like "take control" was a way that I was able to communicate an omniscient feeling. I pulled inspiration from works like 1984, Divergent, The Giver, etc.

Websites and Logos:
I have experience with various projects where I was tasked with creating a logo or designing a website. For projects like these, I use the brand identity and the target of the project in combination with my knowledge of visual design and communication to create compositions that will satisfy the customer.

LSU UREC:
My first job as a graphic design intern for our university's recreation gym has allowed me to practice and develop my digital art skills. I design everything from stickers and t-shirts to digital and physical posters.

Pi Beta Phi Banner Chair:

When creating my sorority's banners, I was intentional in making each banner new and creative while still sticking to our "brand". This relates to intention in both colors and content.

An inherit love for painting is what initiated my switch from a business major to art. I have a particularly keen eye for replicating preexisting images onto canvas.

As the popularity for decorating your house with Mardi Gras float flowers grew, I made some for myself. Used spray paint, poster board and wire to build these 4-foot flowers.
